People of Belfast! Guinness 232° is coming your way next weekend

JOE

Get ready for some great food, great beer and great craic at Guinness 232°

In case you haven’r heard about it already, Guinness 232° is a food festival that has been taking place all over Ireland. Rather than keeping it all in one place over one weekend, it’s been going from city to city with world class chefs being given one simple instruction:

They have to cook everything over an open flame.

Now we totally understand if hearing that is enough to make you want to go, but it gets even better. The culinary maestros from Bia Rebel will be on hand in The Dark Horse on Saturday and Sunday, 26 & 27 October, as will a host of live music and entertainment acts to keep the craic as close to 90 as possible.

As for the kind of food you can expect, the menu is being created specifically for this event. Food expert Ali Dunworth will join the team from Bia Rebel as they grill everything from the finest Irish beef and seafood to fresh vegetables and loads more over an open flame.

Tickets cost £10, and you can buy them here.
