Coca-Cola to bring new Topo Chico Hard Seltzer to Ireland
Another hard seltzer will soon be hitting shelves of supermarkets and off-licences in Ireland.
Earlier this year, Ireland went a little bit mad when it was announced that the iconic White Claw Hard Seltzer drink would be making its way to our shores.
A hard seltzer drink, in case you are unaware, essentially means an alcoholic beverage.
And while White Claw may not be for everyone, it is certainly a very popular drink all around the world.
So we are expecting a similar buzz to surround the arrival of Coca-Cola's hard seltzer drink Topo Chico.
The new drink is inspired by the 125-year old Topo Chico sparkling mineral water brand, which has long been a popular mixer for bartenders and mixologists in America.
Topo Chico Hard Seltzer will be available in 330ml sleek aluminium cans in three flavours: Tangy Lemon Lime, Tropical Mango and Cherry Acai.
On top of that, each flavour is gluten-free, has just 96 calories, two grams of sugar, and 4.7% alcohol by volume.
Topo Chico will be available from select grocery outlets in Ireland and independent off-licences in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from the middle of November and will expand to all off-trade outlets in early 2021.
