Below are the average number of births per month But although the above are the biggest month, October 1 is the most common birthdate in Ireland with an average of 191 births on that day since 1980. In contrast the least common birthday is December 26, St Stephens's Day, is the least common birthday in Ireland with an average of 112 births on that day each year.
