Not long to go now before WellFest is here!
We have only just finished the WellGood challenge and now we are counting down the days before the kick-off of the WellFest 2019 event.
All roads lead to Royal Hospital Kilmainham on May 11 and 12. The challenge taught us to keep up with the living well, feeling well routine and we plan on bringing it to this amazing weekend.
Of course, there is a stellar line-up from experts in the well-being field and some of them will feature in the KBC WellGood tent. You can get well-being hints and tips from WellGood ambassadors Performance psychologist Gerry Hussey and best-selling cookery author Roz Purcell.
Dublin GAA player & fitness entrepreneur Philly McMahon, as well as yoga, mindfulness & meditation teacher Lee Tracey and registered dietitcan Orla Walsh plus some special guests will also be there.
Aside from the KBC WellGood tent, there will be 14 other stages around the wonderful Royal Hospital Kilmainham site. Areas dedicated to various aspects of wellness like food, yoga, mindfulness, and other topics to help you feel tiptop and get the best out of life.
The lineup will feature household names like MMA coach John Kavanagh, The Body Coach Joe Wicks, Fearne Cotton, and plenty more besides. All activities are included with your ticket, so be sure to try to do as much as you can!
Tickets for the festival are now on sale for €49 (for a day) or €79 (for the weekend) on the WellFest website. They wont last long, but we’ve managed to nab a couple of pairs of tickets to give away to a few lucky people out there thanks to our pals in KBC.
The prize tickets will be issued in pairs so find out who your BFF is and bring them along with you to a brilliant weekend in RHK.
