It’s an intimidating time as you take the plunge into a world of jargon and terminology which can completely make your head spin.
Luckily, there is a way you can very easily learn the ins and outs of the property ladder with the help of EBS and some seasoned professionals, who will share their substantial combined experience in the property industry in a really relaxed and very comfortable format.
Home Truths with EBS will see four experts sharing stories, anecdotes and advice, all in the aid of helping you tease out the mortgage process, the exciting challenge of a fixer-upper, and figuring out when is the right time to buy. There will also be first-hand experience from someone who has recently gone through the process and has their foot on the property ladder.
In the knowledge that some of the best conversations happen over a great meal, the easy and informative conversation will flow around a table as the four guests speak freely in a relaxed and comfortable environment, allowing them to offer up their experience for you to use.
Hosted by comedian Eric Lalor, it features the perfect selection of expert guests, who’ll be joining via Zoom.
The second free event of the virtual series takes place from 7pm-8pm on Wednesday 20 October and it’s designed for those in search of their first home in DUBLIN.
The guests will feature:
- Ronan Lyons, Economist, Trinity College Dublin, who will be sharing his wisdom on the current housing market, urban economics, and the importance of location, which now, more than ever, takes centre stage.
- Dearbhla Toal, from Belle Azzure is a lifestyle blogger & Digital Marketer.
- Lucy Jones, Architect & Designer with Antipas Jones Architects, will be sharing advice on how to spot potential in older homes.
- EBS Mortgage Master Naomi Battle will go through the steps needed to get mortgage-ready.
