By taking care of the lift pass business before you even go on holiday you can be up and out for the first lifts on the slopes and either slaloming or stumbling (depending on your skill level) your way down the slopes without having to go through any hassle beforehand.
Your lift pass will be delivered to your accommodation first thing or will be available from your Crystal Rep at a convenient, central point, often the ski hire shop.
