Hegarty Demolition

Hegarty Demolition has been at the heart of the vast majority of the most high profile projects in Dublin over the past 40 years. Based in Rathfarnham in Dublin 14, this could be your chance to get involved in the next.

They’re currently looking for someone with at least three years of experience, and salary will be negotiated based on how long you’ve been in the field.

Bolger Engineering

Bolger’s is one of Ireland’s leading exporters of fabricated enclosure systems. We design, manufacture and validate high quality, precision sheet metal fabrications. Established 1980, it is situated in Smithstown Business Park, Shannon in a purpose-built facility.

Based in Co. Clare, Bolger Engineering is currently looking for a Welder/Buff Operator. Previous experience is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

SAP Landscapes

With over 45 years of experience, SAP is the largest landscape and ground maintenance contractor in the country. Currently, they are looking for a Winter Operative and a Foreperson to join the company.

Anyone thinking about applying for the Winter Operative role should have a full driver’s licence, and be willing to go to work with only 24/48 hours’ notice. As for the Foreperson position, a good knowledge of horticulture and at least three years experience would be a huge benefit.

SIG Ireland

Currently employing over 250 employees in 11 different locations, SIC Ireland is a giant of the building and construction markets. Two positions currently open are for a National Health & Safety and Facilities Manager, as well as a Technical Sales Representative.

Having previous experience will, of course, help your chances but you will be expected to learn on the job as well to develop your skills. An in-depth knowledge of  Health & Safety legislation in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is essential for the National Health & Safety and Facilities Manager position.

SIAC

SIAC Construction provides turnkey solutions for the Building & Civil Engineering Industries. With a lot of work in the greater Leinster area, they also have significant operations in the UK and Belgium.

Currently, the company is looking for a Site Engineer (civils) for setting out and surveying on site, as well as promote a high standard of health and safety during projects. At least four to six years of experience would be required.

Designer Group

With offices in Ireland, Germany, the UK, Africa and the US, Designer Group is a leader in providing international engineering solutions. The company’s portfolio in Ireland includes projects with Diageo and UCD and Yahoo.

Current vacancies include; CAD Technician, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, EHS Officer, HR Business Partner. The demands of each project change with every client, so you must show the ability to adapt your skills to a given task.
