Want to be one of us for the biggest day in the Irish sporting calendar? Come this way.

Ordinary folk like to give about their jobs on a regular basis but you won’t hear much cribbing in JOE Towers. goodjob In fairness, why would you moan when you get to spend your day sitting around, drinking coffee, looking at classic YouTube clips from ten years ago working on content for one of the most popular websites in Ireland and engaging with a social media audience of well over half a million people? Thanks to an AIB initiative called ‘Spark Something’ we’re delighted to be able to offer budding 16 and 17-year old journalists a chance to be one of us for a day. We'll give you a few seconds to take that in... excitedgif And not just any day either, but on the day of the All-Ireland Football Final between Dublin and Kerry, which promises to be the biggest Irish sporting event of the year. What’s more, the competition winner will also get their work published on JOE.ie, which will look good on the CV when they’re trying to get a media job a little further down the line, maybe even as part of this fine website.
