Fair play…

News emerged yesterday that flights to the US are about to become even stricter with the reports that laptops are likely to be banned from the cabin of all US bound flights from Europe.

Looks like you’ll be needing a book from now on if your in-flight entertainment isn’t living up to your lofty standards.

In a flight from Ireland to Washington recently, an Irish couple were flying with their young child, and came well prepped in case worse came to worst, and she was in a boisterous mood during the flight.

Brought to our attention by Today FM, they had a care package ready for the people next to them to try and ensure that their child Caoimhe, would not disturb anyone on the flight.

They left a little goodie bag with the note saying: “Hi! My name is Caoimhe. I’m usually smiley and sweet but I can’t promise I won’t make a peep. Here are some earplugs and treats for you to keep. Enjoy your flight :)”

But it turns out, they had no need to worry as Caoimhe was a quiet as a mouse throughout the trip.
