French rally driver Jordan Berfa got into a bit of a sticky situation over the weekend when the bonnet of his Peugeot 208 opened up and became stuck, covering the entire windscreen and blocking Berfa’s view of the road ahead.
Instead of pulling over and ordering his co-driver Damien Augustin to get out and close the bonnet, Berfa pressed on with the bonnet up.
So how did Berfa manage to see where he was going? It’s simple, really. In true rally driver form, Berfa simply rolled down his window a touch and looked out whenever he went sideways.
