Man chases after thief who stole his prosthetic leg on live TV
Not something you see every day.
Intense foot chases are all the rage in Hollywood with the likes of Casino Royale, Inception, Hot Fuzz, and the Bourne franchises all making us question our own cardio workouts. Hell, we're fairly certain that Tom Cruise is legally required to run in all of his films.
This being said, very few people could have scripted what was about to unfold during this live sports report from US TV station KSEE24 in Fresno, California.
As you can see below, a man has his own prosthetic leg stolen by a thief who runs away from the scene while gleefully swinging it in the air. Fresno State beat Idaho by 79-13 but one person took the celebrations a bit too far.
As the reporter, Andrew Marden, is giving his piece to camera, the man that's missing his leg starts to frantically pursue the thief as he hopes across the field.
Marden even commented on the whole bizarre ordeal via Twitter.
A whole new take on the phrase 'take it and leg it.'
Last night sucked but did you get your prosthetic leg stolen from you on live TV? pic.twitter.com/4zPbP7qixN

I had no idea that was even happening, obviously.
