McDonald’s looks set to make the dreams of breakfast lovers come true

A potential game changer.

People have very different morning routines and while some weirdos folks are instantly full of energy after waking up, others take a bit of time to get into the swing of things. If you're one of the people that are constantly in a rush during your morning commute but also in need of a quick bite, the chances are that you'll quickly pop into McDonald's for a quick breakfast. Bacon & Egg McMuffin, Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin, hash brown, pancakes with syrup. Excuse me for a second. There's nothing worse though than arriving at 10.32 and being told that the breakfast menu is no longer available which is why I'm delighted to say that Mickey D's have announced plans to roll out an all day breakfast in their US locations. McDonald’s America President Mike Andres said that extending breakfast hours was the company’s biggest move since adding the McCafe line of beverages in 2009. “This is the consumers’ idea. This is what they want us to do,” Mr. Andres said. “That’s why I think this could be the catalyst for our turnaround.” Judging by the reaction that Irish people had when McDonald's were offering a free breakfast, this move would be very popular if it's introduced over here.
