We’ve just been sent in the following picture of a note that was spotted on a lamppost in Brussels earlier today and to say it’s a bit random would be an understatement, especially when you consider the couple in question met back in April... JOE reader Fin Farrell tells us the note in question was spotted “Right in Brussels city centre. Rue Gretry. Not too far from Grand Place.”
