Some say that table quizzes are dead. The invention of the smartphone, Wi-Fi and mobile internet have made them defunct.

Up and down the country at quizzes, you can see people with glazed eyes working their hands furiously under the table… you know, using their smartphones to try and find the answer to question number eight?

So we repeat the claim that table quizzes may be defunct, the game is rigged and people are cheating bastards.

It’s difficult to argue with this fact when you see carry-on such as this taking place in table quizzes.
