Can you see the chocolatey phallus in this picture? Or is it just the lawyer?
A lawyer over in the UK was munching into a Milkybar - the popular white chocolate treat – during the World Cup final when he was surprised to see what he thought was a penis shape stamped into the children’s snack.
According to the Metro, 31-year-old Robin Jacobs from of South Woodford in London believes the image, which is actually a picture of the top of a horse’s head, is inappropriate for children to see.
Speaking about the bar, the education lawyer said: “What on earth is a penis doing on a kids’ chocolate bar? There’s no point denying what it looks like. It is obvious – we can all see it.
“I’m normally a Cadbury man but I decided to give the Milkybar a go and look what happened.
“I still ate it but I was a little put off. I don’t understand why it is there.
“I always have a way of remembering World Cups and now the 2014 World Cup will always be remembered as the ‘Milky Bar penis’ – it’s not a great way to remember it.”
Thankfully, a spokesperson for Nestlé was able to clear up the confusion: "Nestlé is surprised and sorry to hear that Mr Jacobs thought the picture on the Milkybar resembles male genitalia, it is in fact an image of a horse’s head, the Milkybar Kid’s horse.
"There was no intention to mislead or depict anything offensive on our product and we apologise for any confusion or embarrassment this may have caused."
At least the bar didn’t go to waste.
