Former US Vice-President Joe Biden is rumoured to be considering running for the presidency in 2020, and if votes were to be given by how strong their meme game is, he’d win in a landslide.

Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden has told Moneyish that her father was completely oblivious to the fact that he’d become an internet sensation with memes.
The former VP laughed for about an hour according to Ashley when she finally sat him down and showed him the memes.
He also revealed his favourite one to her… which of course, she also shared.
