Pics: Football boot lovers, what do you think of the very colourful Adidas Samba World Cup boot range?

The boot manufacturer are certainly going all out to make an impact in Brazil next summer, having already announced plans for the release of special, multi-coloured versions of the classic Copa Mundial boot, a range which generated a huge reaction on our site a couple of months back.

Now, they’re turning their attention to some of their most popular and well-known boots such as the Predator, the Nitrocharge, the F50 and the AdiPure, all of which will be splashed with a little colourful paint and given a samba-style makeover in time for next summer’s World Cup.

Oscar, Fernando Torres and Mesut Ozil are amongst those who will be wearing the boots and all of them appeared in a quite trippy Adidas ad to launch the collection, while Messi got an ad all to himself to promote the adizero F50s he’ll be wearing over the next few months.

Mention ‘Adidas’ and ‘Samba’ in the same sentence and you immediately think of the classic canvass runners that are still widely popular and if the boots can have the same effect, well then Adidas will be very pleased indeed.

We doubt they’ll do that, but have a gander at some of the styles in the range above and feel free to let us know what you think in the comment box below.
