When Tesco were about to bring an end to an offer on these lads’ favourite beer, they were forced to take fast and drastic action. And boy did they do just that.
If you’ve been to college or are currently there, you’ll know that buying actual pints or various other beverages in a pub is a luxury that a large percentage of students cannot afford.
With that in mind, third level students are keen to snap up whatever offers on cheap booze they can find and, when one such offer on their favourite beer, Tuborg, was about to be brought to an end in their local Tesco in Sligo, Tommy, Evan and Gareth from the ‘Alpha Mecca house’ in Sligo found themselves in a quandary and were forced to take dramatic action.
The lads recorded a step by step guide of what happened next on Snapchat, so we’ll let the pictures below speak for themselves, but needless to say, whoever was on the counter in Tesco must have got quite the shock when the three lads turned up with the largest amount of cans of Tuborg we’ve seen in the one place at the one time.
