Passport control or passport out-of-control, eh? Think about it.
Once your flight home touches down there’s not much you’d rather do than slip out of the airport as quickly as possible with minimum fuss.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t always work that way – as plenty of travellers were reminded last night in Dublin airport.
Photos of the scene reveal an enormous backlog of people waiting to have their passports verified, stretching back around the corner before the passport control even comes into view.
A few people shared their experience on Twitter:

Disclaimer: we’re by no means blaming the Dublin Airport staff for the situation, we understand that these things happen from time to time – we just wouldn’t like to be stuck in the queue, that’s for sure.
