This week, Humphreys, Moore and Cooper sit down with Mayo racing driver Sean Hynes to talk a little bit about driving single seater race cars here in Ireland.
The lads sit down with upcoming racing star, and UCD Mechanical Engineering student, Sean Hynes in order to have a little chat about the Become a Racing Driver competition out in Mondello, among other things.
Sean won the Become a Racing Driver competition back in 2011, which saw him securing a spot on the podium for the following race season where he finished 6th overall, which is pretty damn good for a driver’s first season, in fairness.
Unfortunately, a 2013 season didn’t quite work out for Sean due to a number of factors, not to mention the budget runs well into €15,000 for a season, but he’s looking to get back into it this year.
