It's fair to say we have the soundest postal service going.
Putting the recent price hikes aside, they always manage to help out in sticky situations. Whether it's your local post man or woman who knows your secret hiding place in the garden, or just their friendly disposition as they do their rounds each day.
Either way, they're great.
And now, they've proved, yet again, how they are our everyday heroes. They delivered a letter to the James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown, Dublin with just a Euro in the place of a stamp.
Most postal services would return this to the sender, but not An Post. They made sure it got delivered.
