Tim Allen denies flashing Pamela Anderson on set
The incident allegedly happened in 1991.
Tim Allen has denied the claims that Pamela Anderson has made accusing him of flashing her on the set of Home Improvement in 1991.
Pamela starred in the sitcom as Lisa the Tool Girl and worked opposite Tim as he played the character Taylor.
The actress and model has now claimed that Tim "opened his robe" while "completely naked" and flashed her, but Tim has defended himself, saying the incident "never happened".
Writing about this time in her life in her upcoming memoir Love, Pamela, according to Variety, the Baywatch star said: "On the first day of filming [Home Improvement], I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe.
"He opened his robe and flashed me quickly — completely naked underneath.
"He said it was only fair because he had seen me naked."
Leaving Pamela to laugh uncomfortably, he then allegedly went on to tell her "now we're even".
Tim has quickly shut down the accusation, telling Variety in a statement: "No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing."
The 55-year-old has also revealed she felt "like something was stolen" from her by the television series Pam & Tommy.
The Hulu miniseries chronicles the whirlwind romance between Anderson and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, with much of the show focusing on the pair's infamous sex tape which was leaked on the internet in 1997.
The show stars Lily James as the Baywatch star and Sebastian Stan as Lee. It ended up being nominated for a number of awards, including Golden Globe and Emmy nods for the show's two stars in the best actor categories.
Speaking to The Guardian ahead of the release of her documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, the 55-year-old said: “How are they allowed to do that?”
“I heard she [James] had been nominated for an Emmy, but maybe that was a joke."
Anderson doesn't hold anything against the actor though, and instead directed her anger at the show's creators, adding: “It’s not her fault; it’s a job. But whoever created it – well, it just feels like something else stolen.”
“The love of my life was Tommy. It wasn’t perfect but, you know, no one’s perfect”.
