Three students at the University of Limerick have put together this powerful video in which they talk about their struggles with a number of mental health problems, including depression, panic attacks and sleeplessness.
Caolan O’Donnell is currently campaigning to become Welfare Officer at UL and, in this video, there are no frills and no fireworks.
These are three young men, including Caolan himself, opening up about their struggles in the hope that their words will resonate with others who are currently dealing with such issues.
