He’s so lucky it wasn’t worse.
Shane Brown is from Honolulu in Hawaii and he ended up in hospital this week after a cliff dive went horribly wrong.
Shane was attempting to do a triple backflip off the 35-foot cliff at Kapena Falls when he clipped his head off the rocks on the top.
He landed on a tree trunk on the way down which broke 14 of his ribs, but he survived after his friend jumped in to rescue him.
The dive is something you or someone you know has done on holiday before, the footage is terrifying.
