If you want to impress your other half, parents, housemates or friends this evening, why not make them a cake? This will also help if you want a night in with just yourself and some comfort food. Buzzfeed have come up with a rather delicious and easy to make cake that even people who've never baked or cooked before can master. Ingredients: Two tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons cookie butter (or Nutella), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir all of that up and then pop it into the microwave for 90 seconds, and hey presto. We would recommend some vanilla ice cream on the side, it looks savage though. Hat-tip to Buzzfeed.
