Boozer the dog went missing almost a decade ago but miraculously he was reunited with his original owner over the weekend.
The boxer mix was placed in an animal shelter by its latest owner because he could no longer look after him.
The staff did a microchip scan and found one that had information on man named Lloyd Goldston who now lives in Alabama.
The shelter called Lloyd up and tell him they think they found his old pal Boozer. Lloyd drove 18 hours to get to the shelter and this happened.
