Video: Steve Carell and Jimmy Fallon singing Marvin Gaye… need we say anymore?

To paraphrase the epic film that is Step Brothers, “Jimmy Fallon and Steve Carell are the songbirds of their generation”.
To say we’re huge fans of Jimmy Fallon would be an understatement and there is no denying he is a pretty funny guy. Steve Carrell is responsible for some of our favourite ever cinema moments, with “I love lamp” ranking very highly on our list along with some of The Office scenes. OK, who are we kidding, Crazy Stupid Love is our favorite Steve Carell film... So when we saw that the two of them had combined for a barbershop quartet called ‘The Ragtime Gals’, and performed a little Marvin Gaye, we were instantly intrigued. We have to be brutally honest; whatever steamy or sexual implications the song may have had were lost for us during this cover but we applaud the guys for trying.
