Is this true love or a sick, fraudulent love scam?
If you watch daytime TV then you’ll be well aware of the Dr Phil Show and the kind of stories he deals with every week.
On an upcoming show, Phil meets a woman who says she has sent over a million dollars to an Italian guy who claims to be in love with her, but there’s a catch, which is that the woman in question has never met her ‘lover’ in person.
It sounds to us like this poor woman has gotten caught up in a massive scam, but you have to wonder just what would compel someone to send over a million bucks to someone they’ve never met in person?
