This may very well depress the life out of you, because there's a good chance that Thomas Russell is in better shape than you or your loved ones. JOE reader John Halpin has sent us this wonderful clip of the 85-year-old, originally from Scotland but living in Tralee in Kerry for the last 40 years, owning the table tennis... eh, table. Speaking to JOE, John explained: "I know Thomas from the gym that I work in, he still comes in every morning. He is an inspiration to us all." Indeed.
