Know any talented young artists who have overcome a lack of confidence?
Art is all about expressing yourself, and having the talent and confidence to do so with your craft. There is no talent without hard work, and there is no confidence without overcoming self-doubt.
Through confidence, an artist can conquer just about anything. There is no blank canvas that can’t be filled with a masterpiece, or no slab of marble that can’t be carved into something spectacular.
We’ve teamed up with Wrigley’s Extra to reach out to the young artists of Ireland, and hear about how they overcame self-doubt and built up their confidence. It’s very seldom a straightforward journey, but that just makes you appreciate more the talents you know you have.
Just like we did for up-and-coming spoken word artist Róisín Whelan, we’ll be creating a video as part of our #TimeToShine campaign.
