Careful now.
Wintry weather across the country overnight has led to treacherous road conditions on Friday morning, particularly in counties in the north and northwest.

A road in north east Donegal was one of the roads that remained impassable on Friday morning and when AA Roadwatch issued a status update on Thursday afternoon and again on Friday morning, there was more than a few childish sniggers about the place names involved.

Slightly immature perhaps but something, we’re sure, that residents of the area are well used to at this stage.
