Cool, cool, cool.
Fresh from the news that Jake, Holt, Boyle, Terry and the gang will not be leaving our screens for good after all, the news gets even better for Brooklyn Nine-Nine fans as Netflix have confirmed that they’ll be showing Season 5 very soon.
The trailer for Season 6 was also released a few weeks ago and The Hollywood Reporter says the season will consist of 18 episodes in total, though this number still represents the lowest episode count in Nine-Nine history.
However, before we look too far ahead, there’s definitely a binge-watch to be done on 8 March when the fifth season lands.
Aside from the main players that we all love so much, Season 5 also features cameos from the likes of Danny Trejo, Sterling K. Brown, and Katey Sagal.
At present, the season has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with indieWire stating that “after five years, the show has figured out just how to make sure all of those elements work together – just like the oddball cops of the 99th precinct, who started off as co-workers and now feel like a family”.
Further proof that Fox were absolutely crazy to cancel it. Thank God that the Nine-Nine have now been saved by NBC.
oh yeah I remember now, because you've all be asking non-stop for 6 months…
