We’re almost a week into level five. It’s a challenging time for many and we want you to know that if you’re feeling low, that’s perfectly OK.

It’s a tough and lonely time so look out for one another and here’s some handy numbers that may be of use to you or others.

Here are the best movies on TV this evening.

A Beautiful Mind – Film 4 – 6.20pm

Russell Crowe goes all ‘sensitive drama’ opposite Jennifer Connelly, Ed Harris and Paul Bettany.

Little Nicky – Comedy Central – 7pm

The Devil’s not-so-bright son goes to New York in order to stop his brothers wreaking havoc.

Roger Ebert said: “The movie surrounding Nicky is actually pretty good–the best Sandler movie to date.”

GoldenEye – ITV4 – 8pm

Pierce Brosnan revived an ailing franchise with this effort.

As with most of these movies, James Bond attempts to stop terrorists.

Hidden Figures – Film4 – 9pm

Three female African-American mathematicians play a pivotal role in astronaut John Glenn’s launch into orbit but have to deal with racial and gender discrimination at work.

GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra – E4 – 9pm

The attempt to bring the action figure to life which failed dramatically because of a poor script and an over-the-top plot.

The creators weren’t sure whether to aim for kids or adults and ended up missing both.

The World’s End – Film4 – 10.40pm

Not quite as good as Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz but it’s still a worthwhile finale to the Cornetto Trilogy.

LISTEN: You Must Be Jokin’ with Aideen McQueen – Faith healers, Coolock craic and Gigging as Gaeilge
