The perfect Valentine’s Day present? We think so…
Ever since the days of Family Guy and South Park, we as television fans have absolutely loved the idea of a crude cartoon.
It’s probably because we were so used to cartoons being innocent shows made for kids, and the juxtaposition made us laugh from the first second.
But just like South Park and Family Guy, Big Mouth is much more than just a crude, dirty cartoon (although it is absolutely filthy).
It’s also smart, compassionate, and a somewhat accurate reflection of what being a teenager is like.
And this is why we are delighted to share the news that there is going to be a Big Mouth Valentine’s Day special coming to Netflix next week.
Netflix announced the news on their YouTube page on Friday night, and even shared a trailer to the special.
As you can imagine, the trailer is just as inappropriate as you’d expect. We see Andrew declaring that he is going to treat this V-Day casually, and that it’s going to pay off for him.
Somehow we doubt that.

So if anyone asks you what your plans are for Valentine’s Day, watching Big Mouth is now a perfectly normal answer.
