Anyone tuning into the referendum coverage on RTÉ will have seen that Brian Dobson is presenting the coverage throughout the day.
Dobbo stepped away from presenting the Six One news last year after 11 years in the role.
Co-anchor of the Six One News since 1996, 'Dobbo' has delivered some of the biggest stories from Ireland and beyond to the nation for over two decade, and in all fairness, we’ve become quite accustomed to him, his dulcet tones and his true professionalism down through the years.
Since his departure from our screens every evening, Dobbo has moved to presenting Morning Ireland on RTÉ Radio One, but today he's back, and people couldn't be happier to see him once more, reporting one of the biggest news stories in Ireland in many years.
