The eagerly-anticipated Irish thriller Calm With Horses is getting a digital release next week, after its cinematic release was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Calm With Horses sees the brilliant Barry Keoghan play Dympna Devers in an Element Pictures production with Michael Fassbender on board as executive producer.

Directed by Nick Rowland, and featuring star-making turns from Cosmo Jarvis and Niamh Algar, the great news is that the movie will receive an early digital release in Ireland and the UK on Monday 27 April.
It will be available on a wide range of Video On Demand (VOD) platforms including iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Sky Store, Virgin Movies, Talk Talk, BT TV, Curzon Home Cinema, BFI Player, Rakuten TV and Volta from next Monday.
The movie is set in "dark rural Ireland", where ex-boxer Douglas 'Arm' Armstrong (Jarvis) has become the feared enforcer for the drug-dealing Devers family, whilst also trying to be a good father to his autistic five-year-old son.
Calm With Horses debuted at the Toronto Film Festival in 2019 and also played at the BFI London Film Festival last year.
