Nice work if you can get it.

Ellen DeGeneres has a reputation for being an extremely nice person. When it was announced a while back that she would be getting her very own Netflix special, we were chuffed. Largely because she's hilarious, but a lot of our excitement came purely from the fact that she's just such a nice person. And she has done quite a lot for her reputation among Irish people by giving a Dublin woman $10,000. Yep, $10,000. Ciara Delaney, who has been living in San Diego for the past two years was invited on stage to answer a few fairly simple questions. Luckily, she managed to get 15 correct answers in 30 seconds, meaning she got to take home the cash prize, as well as two tickets to the American Music Awards. Have a look for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=65&v=xnJm4CisWH0 Clip via TheEllenShow Unfortunately, Ellen did decide to break out a terrible Irish accent when she found out that Ciara was a Dub, but we'll forgive her for that...
