Inform your single friends ASAP!

We all know someone who is probably looking for love, but needs that little push in the right direction.

Maybe they’ve completely tapped Tinder, or just aren’t finding the right people in the bars you’re all hitting up.

Maybe they’ve got a terrible wing-man/wing-woman, or maybe they keep being friendzoned.

Whatever the reason is, there is something they can do about it if they are specifically looking to go on a date, one where the goal is to actually find love.

First Dates Ireland have announced that they are still on the hunt for more single folk to take part in their next season of the show, and the only real requirement is that you are aged between 20 and 70.

If you are, then you could be heading to the Coda Eatery at The Gibson Hotel in Dublin, where you’ll be ably assisted by maître D’ Mateo Saina, barman Ethan Miles, and waiters Alice, Pete, and Libby on your first steps towards potential new-found love.

To apply, all you need to do is fill out the online application for here before Sunday 1 September, or ring the show’s matchmakers directly at +353 ( 1 ) 497 0817.

If you’d also actually like to go on a date, but not necessarily be front-and-centre in the show’s spotlight, you can also apply to be a background dater on the show. If that sounds like something you’d be up for, you can apply right here.
