Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we’re taking a sneak peek at the first official trailer for Rambo: Last Blood, and it is a humdinger. Set to the tune of Lil Nas X’s ‘Old Town Road’, the first teaser trailer for the film shows John Rambo – played of course by Sylvester Stallone – seeking revenge once again.
It is expected to be Stallone’s final appearance as the Vietnam veteran, after 1982’s First Blood, 1985’s Rambo: First Blood Part II, 1988’s Rambo III and 2008’s Rambo.
Plot it’s all about: After retiring to the countryside after the 2008 film, violence and war appears to have followed Rambo yet again, and he has no choice but to fight.
The film is co-written by Stallone and Matt Cirulnick (Absentia), and
Director: Adrian Grunberg (Get the Gringo).
Starring: Stallone, Paz Vega, Sergio Peris-Mencheta and Yvette Monreal
Release Date: It will hit screens on 20 September.
