Rory Cashin

From the acclaimed Irish director of Intermission and Brooklyn.

One of the most-loved books of recent years is getting the big screen treatment, thanks to Irish director John Crowley, who has previously had audiences laughing at Intermission, and crying their eyes out at Brooklyn.

He’ll be plucking at those heartstrings again with his new movie THE GOLDFINCH, telling the story of a boy in New York who is taken in by a wealthy Upper East Side family after his mother is killed in a bombing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Starring Ansel Elgort (The Fault In Our Stars), Academy Award-winner Nicole Kidman (Moulin Rouge), Finn Wolfhard (IT: Chapter One), Jeffrey Wright (Westworld), and Sarah Paulson (Ocean’s 8), this looks set to have us all needing to pre-pack some tissues, because there will be tears!

To celebrate the release we have teamed up with Warner Bros. Pictures to send you and a guest to the Irish Premiere Screening on Wednesday 25 September in Light House Cinema in Dublin at 6.30pm, followed by a reception, which means you have to be over 18 to enter the competition and attend the event.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning this prize are two very easy things:
