His character was one of the highlights of the rollicking good time that was The LEGO Movie and now it seems Will Arnett’s Batman will get a movie all to himself.
We already knew that a sequel to the cracking LEGO Movie was in the works but now news of a spin-off has made us even happier. The Hollywood Reporter are reporting that the film is being fast-tracked into production but before you rush out to the cinema, Hollywood’s rush is a bit different to the rest of us.
The LEGO Movie sequel was booked in for 2017 and now it is said the Batman LEGO flick will take that slot, pushing the potential sequel to who knows when.
Still, Batman was one of the best, and funniest things about the LEGO Movie so we would love to see his hilarious character get a whole movie to himself. Hurry up Hollywood, he’s Batman.
