This has to be the greatest customer service agent ever...

There are very few things that would irritate JOE in life, but poor customer service is one. We get annoyed with the long holds, the annoying elevator music, and the inevitable 74 weeks that it takes to resolve any relatively simple issue; all we wanted was to find out one item on our bill for God's sake. Fair play to this Amazon customer service agent then, who restored our faith in good service and the the power of the Norse gods all at once. The conversation starts when the Amazon rep introduces himself as "Thor," and a customer asks to play his father, Odin. To paraphrase Ron Burgundy, things escalate quickly...
