We’re in the wrong game.
JOE doesn’t hold too much truck with reality television, what with the fact that it’s full of eejits with heightened senses of their own celebrity, but there’s no arguing with the money.
Gaz Beadle of Geordie Shore has revealed that he takes home between £40,000 and £45,000 every month for doing the square root of eff all.
Ugh.
“If you told me four years ago I’d be earning this kind of money, I’d have laughed,” he said.
“I do around four (personal appearances) a week, six if the series is on. They’ll pay me about £2,000 a time.”
That’s £2,000 for just turning up to a nightclub, while he also makes money from a beach club in Zante, with a clothing range, a calendar and a book swelling his coffers.
He also plans to buy an old apartment block and do it up.
“Who wouldn’t want to move in when they know it’s me that owns it? I think I could make about £80,000 a month” added Gaz.
We’re off for a shower. We feel dirty.
