Plot’s It All About?
Normally, when you see a movie with the word “possession” in the title, then you know that the movie is about someone who is possessed by a demon, and it will lead up towards a climactic exorcism.
The Possession Of Hannah Grace kicks off with the exorcism scene, with a young woman – the titular Hannah Grace (newbie Kirby Johnson) killed in the middle of one being performed on her.
Months later, Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell – Pretty Little Liars) is working the graveyard shift in the morgue when she takes delivery of a disfigured cadaver. Locked alone inside the basement corridors, Megan begins to experience horrifying visions and starts to suspect that the body may be possessed by a ruthless demonic force.
Stana Katic (Castle) and Grey Damon (Friday Night Lights) fill out the supporting cast, but essentially this is one woman being stalked around an empty morgue in the dead of night by a possessed corpse.
If that doesn’t scare you, then nothing will.
