As if you weren’t already excited about Season Two a little later this month.
February just got that little bit better for fans of House of Cards, the Netflix political drama that’s up there with the best TV shows of recent years, as not only is there a second season to look forward to in ten days’ time, it was confirmed today that there’ll be at least another season after that.

We can’t forecast what might happen in the third season until we’ve binge-watched Season Two, of course – possibly in one sitting – but provided all the main characters are alive and well come the end of this coming season, which is no guarantee, we can expect more ruthlessness, deception, sleaze and all the other underhand yet incredibly entertaining goings-on that has made the show so fascinating to date.
