"This isn't in your head. These aren't dreams. This is really happening."
We don't have too much longer to wait now before we return to the 1980's and get our retro creep-fest on again in the second season of Stranger Things, and what better date to drop the final trailer than Friday the 13th??
This new trailer is pretty special, as it sets up a lot of where the gang and the grown-ups in town are heading plot-wise, without giving too much away in terms of spoilers.
What does seem pretty certain is that the big inter-dimensional space-topous is the big bad guy this time around, and a few slingshots and baseball-bats-with-nails-in-them isn't going to cut it.
We're seeing even more leaning into the Stephen King territory, but also a lot of other big 80s references, including the appearance of Paul Reiser (Aliens) and Sean Astin (The Goonies) which will continue to nail down the vibe of the decade.
And if nothing else, we can definitely expect more of Winona Ryder's unique brand of over-acting to create more memes and GIFs than ever before.
All nine episodes will be available on Netflix from Friday 27 October.
