Kanye West Letterman

This is going to be deep. Really deep.

“If velcro had been invented first, would there be zippers?”

This is the type of question we’re going to see David Letterman ask rap superstar Kanye West in the second season of his Netflix interview show entitled My Next Guest Needs No Introduction.

In a new trailer for the show, we see Kanye address his issues with TMZ, in what is sure to be an incredibly interesting watch.

As well as that, we see a snippet from an interview with Ellen DeGeneres where she tells a story about her and her friend being on a double date, but escaping to the bathroom to kiss each other. As you do.

Speaking about the interview, she says: “We covered a lot more than I intended on covering.”

Other guests on this season of the series include actress Tiffany Haddish, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton and philanthropist Melinda Gates. We can’t wait for this.

Take a look at the trailer here:

All episodes will be released on Netflix on 31 May of this year. Previous guests on the show include Barack Obama, Tina Fey and Jay-Z.

Kanye has teased long form interviews with the likes of Joe Rogan in the past, but none came to fruition, apart from a rather strange conversation with radio presenter Charlamagne tha God.
