The Late Late are looking for audience members for this year’s Country Special

Jade Hayden

It’s that time of year again.

No, not the middle of spring. No, not April, the cruelest month.

It’s the time where everybody scrambles for tickets for the Late Late Country Special, and the rare chance to rub shoulders with their favourite guitar playing, foot stomping, hat donning stars.

It’s going to be a wild night, lads – and you could be there too.

RTE recently launched their applications for this year’s special on May 1.

According to them, it’s the “hottest ticket for any fan of the Irish country music scene” so, you know, if that sounds like you, you know what to do.

(Apply.)

The application is simple enough too – all you need to provide is your name, age, why you want to be an audience member, and how much you cried in litres when the Garth Brooks concerts were cancelled.

Just kidding on that last one, but if you include such info you might have a better chance at scoring tickets, just saying.

You can apply for the Late Late Country Special here.

Just make sure you don’t enter twice or three times or anything like that because you will be tragically disqualified.

You have been warned.
