Heaven for any Bake Off and Louis Theroux fans.
After the cast of Derry Girls absolutely shined during a fantastic festive edition of Bake Off, we’re delighted to say the kitchen still works and that no fires were started!
However, the good news keeps on coming because the Great Celebrity Bake Off in aid of Stand Up To Cancer is back for a new series and as always, a host of celebrities will be entering the tent.
At present, no exact premiere date has been announced for the five-part series but it will air on Channel 4 in 2020.
Speaking about the five-part series, Sarah Lazenby, Head of Formats and Features at Channel 4, said, “The Great Celebrity Bake Off is a key ingredient in our Stand Up To Cancer recipe. We’ve seen the power of using comedy and entertainment to bring awareness and raise millions of pounds to fund pioneering cancer trials.
“We hope viewers will enjoy this year’s line-up of famous bakers, there’s never a dough moment as each bring something fresh and exciting to the tent.”
