Marvel are bringing an MCU movie festival to Irish fans this month

Rory Cashin

Infinity War

All 20 movies across 5 days on one big IMAX screen.

It was been ten years since the first Iron Man movie hit the big screen and ever since then, Marvel and Disney have done a spectacular job with the MCU.

A combined box office of $17.5 billion around the world, it has developed a unique fan-base, with everyone arguing which of the movies they figured to be the best one.

Following on from Tony Stark’s first outing, we got then got (DEEP BREATH!) The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, Avengers Assemble, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians Of The Galaxy, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Ant-Man, Captain America: Civil War, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and, most recently, Ant-Man And The Wasp.

And now, for the first time ever in Ireland, all 20 movies will be shown over 5 days as part of a mini-MCU movie marathon, with some of the films above being shown here in IMAX for the very first time.

There will be four movies on every day during the mini-festival, and they can all be caught on the IMAX screen at Odeon Blanchardstown, kicking off from Friday 28 September and ending on Tuesday 2 October.
